I wash my hair with the Smooth Start Shampoo, rinse, and next add this conditioner. I then comb it through my hair, in the shower, and put a plastic shower cap on while finishing up my shower. Take shower cap off and rinse. Pat dry with towel, and then I add the Frizz-Ease Serum. Since my hair is very curly, I air dry. Done and done! Stays soft and curly! This was just ok, especially in comparison to the much cheaper Suave Professionals shampoo & conditioner products that I have been using. This does smell better, but I prefer not to pay more for a conditioner just because it smells good. I'll be going back to Suave. Like I said, this was ok, but it didn't moisturize my hair as much as the Suave and it smells great, so give it a try if you don't need that much moisture in your conditioner. Comments about John Frieda Frizz-Ease Dream Curls Conditioner, Hydrating, 10 fl oz: I must give credit to my hairstylist for a great cut. In combination with John Frieda Frizz-Ease Conditioner (and Shampoo), I finally have waves that behave. Previously, I never new what my hair would do from day-to-day. Now most all days are good hair days.

Comments about John Frieda Frizz-Ease Dream Curls Conditioner, Hydrating, 10 fl oz: You name it... I've tried it. Wen, Paul Mitchell, etc. From cheap to expensive and nothing I found worked on my very naturally curly hair.. until NOW. The first time I tried Dream Curls, I knew it would be my "forever" conditioner. It detangles beautifully!! If you have naturally curly/knotty hair, you will love this conditioner!

It works nicely for me without overstripping or overconditioning my hair. I ran out recently and came back to drugstore.com to restock. I ordered the shampoo and conditioner, but when I received them, they were a different item. They're shipping as DREAM CURLS. No smooth start, no hydrating. I checked the ingredients and they are different from the smooth start. So I contacted drugstore.com who shipping out a replacement item...only that came as the exact same DREAM CURLS item. Now drugstore.com says they don't think they have smooth start anymore.

Comments about John Frieda Frizz-Ease Dream Curls Conditioner, Hydrating, 10 fl oz: I used this conditioner every time I showered for about 2 months. I got it right before leaving to study abroad, so when my acne flared up, I assumed it was due to my new surroundings. Not the case! This conditioner caused me to develop inflamed whiteheads and even deep, painful zits. I have moderately curly hair, and most conditioners give me shine and a defined curl pattern. This conditioner made my hair greasy and fluffy at the same time. I had a lot of frizz but my curls went completely limp! I left it on for the full five minutes, never let it touch my roots, and always rinsed well. I will not be buying it again. I have switched to Dove damage therapy + daily moisture conditioner and my hair and skin look great again!

Comments about John Frieda Frizz-Ease Dream Curls Conditioner, Hydrating, 10 fl oz: An excellent conditioner. Normally I have to use a smoothing type product after I shampoo and condition my hair.. not with this stuff! I use it every other day (I dont wash my hair daily) after I shampoo my hair. It's thick, rich and has a great smell. I have wavy hair, thick-though fine-and it tends to frizz right at the back of my head, I have zero frizz or poof after using this conditioner.
