I have to admit I dont use this every day. I prefer foaming cleansers that I can use in the shower. However this *works* when I have a break out. I have even started using it as a spot treatment on my cystic outbreaks. It is as effective as other far more expensive spot treatments from the specialty cosmetic stores. Yes, it smells like tea tree oil. If you've used it before you will know the smell. It isnt bad, but it takes some getting used to if you are not familar. I also use the Derma-e Glycolic Cleanser. It is a great product as well and as good as any high priced brand.

The smell is strong & not very pleasant although it doesn't remain after rinsing. I've tried many facial cleansers but this one leaves my skin feeling cleaner than any others have which outweighs the smell.

I just started using this product because I've dealt with acne for a long time and I wanted a natural way to clear it up. I like this product a lot because it is very gentle and soothing and you only have to use a little bit (size of a penny) twice a day. I recommend this product to those who want a gentle cleanser that doesn't clog pores and contains natural ingredients. Combine this cleanser with a water based moisturizer (don't use oil based because that will clog your pores!)
My face is clearing up and my skin looks much more balanced and less uneven. I have an acne condition so I am very pleased that this product was able to affect me at all! I'm going to try out the spot treatment from derma e as well to catch any stubborn breakouts. I recommend blemish sufferers to try this one out and combine it with the other blemish derma e products for the best effect~ and I want to stress again if you have oily skin don't use the cream moisturizers because those are oil based. Use the serum or gel option to hydrate. Good luck!

I use this almost every day. It has a strong smell but that doesn't bother me at all. It really seems to soothe acne prone skin. Derma e makes great skin care.

I use the product as described twice daily, finding that my face feels smoother and softer.

The ease about this product is: Can be used with the Mia handheld which gives your appearance a little glow and firmer look after.

The product is natural and having tried a "million" products over the years, I find this one better and actually feel my skin feel like its breathing : )
