I took these vitamins once daily for about a month. After taking them I often felt discomfort inside my chest, almost as if it was stuck in there, and it caused some stomach discomfort. When my boyfriend tried them they made him very nauseous a few minutes later, both times he tried them. He felt as if it was stuck in his chest area too. Not sure what exactly caused this, but I am switching to a tablet multivitamin which might be gentler on the stomach.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Good quality multi vitamin. I was searching for a multi without iron (too corrosive & damaging). This product was perfect. No side-effects or reactions. Nice product line. Would recommend.
