I first began using this shampoo in August 2013. I usually condition my hair and only shampoo it about once a month, so I do not use this shampoo often. I mostly use it when I am wearing a weave, and always follow with the conditioner of the same line. With that said,there is nothing spectacular about the shampoo. It cleans well and is slightly drying to my coily 4c hair, but not as drying as other shampoos I have tried. For a moisturizing shampoo, it could also do better at imparting lasting moisture, but for a drugstore shampoo it is just fine. With the conditioner, however, the set does a great job at providing necessary moisture without weighing hair down. It leaves my weave shiny and manageable. The scent is also very light and clean, not fruity! I will continue to use this set as an inexpensive option as I wait for the annual Beauty Brands liter sale.

I use this shampoo every day, it makes my long hair very soft and shiny. The smell is a soft shea butter smell.
I have use many brands of shampoos, top names to no names, but this product is one of the better ones and a GREAT price also!

i don't usually use drugstore shampoos. but after reading the reviews here, i decided to try this one. this is actually one of the best shampoos anywhere that i have tried! even better than some of the high-end shampoos. i have fine, color treated hair and it does not strip my color. it moisturizes well but does not leave it feeling limp. i think it's a great investment! you can't go wrong, especially for the money.

I don't really have dry hair, I bought this because it smells amazing, well actually I accidentally bought the conditioner first. I decided to just buy the shampoo as well, wow, my hair is soft and healthy, full of volume. I can't stop running my hands with my hair, it just so soft! Love it!!!

I have professionally highlighted hair, so I view the salon quality products as a worthwhile investment. I never thought I'd fall in love with a Suave shampoo, although their body washes are great. Somehow I stumbled across this stuff on Drugstore.com, and for the price, thought it would be worth a try. It smells like a high quality salon shampoo, it has a very rich feel, like a salon shampoo, and it lathers beautifully. It also moisturized my hair. I have lots of my salon quality conditioner still left, but when it's done, I think I'll take a chance on the conditioner

After many, many years of buying expensive salon shampoos and conditioners in an effort to find one that moisturized my fine, dry, curly hair without weighing it down, I am THRILLED to have found one at my local supermarket for 1/10th of the price!! Suave's Almond & Shea Butter Shampoo and Conditioner leaves my hair so soft, smooth and shiny without weighing it down! I have been using it daily for months and my hair does not feel heavy at all. The last time I had my hair cut the stylist asked me what hair products I used because my hair was so soft! She could not believe it when I told her Suave. Over the years I have used Biolage, Nexxus, Graham Webb, Joico, Redken and Paul Mitchell, just to name a few, and NONE of them made my hair this soft and shiny. I will use this product for as long as they make it!

I decided to try this after reading the great reviews on here. My philosophy is pay as little as possible. I hate spending more money than I have to on products. I had a feeling this would work because it contains shea butter. This moisturizes very well and eliminated any trace of frizz in my hair. I highly recommend, especially at such a low price.

This is one of the best products that I have tried, and I have tried many brands. I am sure expensive professional brands do a fabulous job, but who can afford the price.
