The difficult part of supplements after a gastric bypass is two fold. 1.) Very hard to digest and absord hard tablet supplements - a large portion is not even absorbed. 2.) The Liquid GelCaps are very easy to digest, does not irritate the new puoch or gut and most of the product is utilized!
I was always chasing my supplement levels with regular tablet form, but have found that after switching to the liquid GelCap my levels are very easy to regulate!

I have to say after using this for the last almost 3 years now, I have never felt better. I mean I never get sick even when ppl are sick around me. Now I realize that countries that don't have alot of Sun are the ones that ppl get sick or flu or what not. But if u have alot more sun and your skin creates Vitamin D from the sun u will have better health than the one's who don't get Vitamin D from the Sun. I know cause I'm an American in Germany and they don't get much sun here. So getting D3 is by far the best supplement for it. I'm an example of it. I highly recommend it.
