This is the only fungus treatment that has actually worked for me, after developing toenail fungus in three nails (both big toes and a little toe next to one of them). The little toe nail had actually begun growing out in an upward position. I purchased the Sally Hansen product and applied it as I had all the others that didn't help---consistently, twice a day, EVERY day. It's very easy to apply---just smoosh the brush as far under the nail edge as you can and dab around the sides and the base. It will take time, because your nails still have to grow out, but grow out they did and imagine how thrilled I was when the new growth came in CLEAR. I would clean out the dead stuff under my nails and clip away the old, discolored nail as things progressed and I was able to get the product onto the skin way under the nails to kill everything off. The only downside for some might be that you cannot really wear polish while you're treating the nails. If you polish to cover the unsightly fungus, you have to bite the bullet and go without. But, it will be worth it! It's a year later and all three of my toenails are still fungus free. I do maintain all my nails with drops of white vinegar (directly on the nails) at night after my shower, if that helps anyone.

My toenails were beginning to get thick and also splitting vertically. I was horrified! I began using this product 2 weeks ago and it's done wonders, talk about anti-aging! My feet are starting to look pretty again. I think I'll just keep on using this every morning as a preventative.
Use daily for 4 weeks. This product is not effective on the scalp or nails.
Wash the affected area and dry thoroughly
Apply a thin layer of the product over affected area twice daily (morning and night) or as directed by a doctor
Supervise children in the use of this product for athlete's foot: pay special attention to spaces between the toes. Wear well-fitting, ventilated shoes. Change shoes and socks at least once daily.
