Best one I have found. Ortho doctor has sent me home with several of these types of braces all to no avail. None of them would stay in place, as soon as I stood up they would fall down. This one stays in place great, underneath clothing only, will not stay on top of clothing. It has so much velcro that it can be adjusted to perfect fit and tight enough to stay in place all day while I am at work and I also sleep with it on, as knee pain used to wake me up 4-5 times every night, the slightest twist of my knee during sleep and I would be wide awake. With this brace I am able to sleep through the night and not be woken up by knee pain. It is also breathable and does not make my leg sweat, it is very comfortable for such a large brace. I have a very bad knee with no cartilage left at all. Am using brace until I am able to have the knee replacement surgery. Up until I found this brace on drugstore.com nothing relieved my pain, not the pain meds or nsaids. Since I got this brace I have not taken my pain meds, the brace is much safer to use than taking 12 pain pills a day. I am soooooo happy I found this it is perfect for me. It is pricey, but more than worth it, i will save the cost of this just in pain meds alone, but i can't put a price on the relief I have found with this brace. Thank you Maxar!
