This is my favorite low sugar chocolate bar. It's really dense, and easy to slice into smaller bite size pieces, and the sugar alcohols don't bother me. The denseness of these bars keeps me from eating more than one at a time, very satisfying. I usually don't like bars that are covered in any coating, this bar is my ONLY exception. Only drawback to this bar is it doesn't hold up, or ship well, in hot weather without a cooler/ice pack...I just plan for that. I have received some that had been melted, still tasted good, just kind of ugly looking :)

The texture is a little different than some of the other Atkins bars,, a little cakey-er, but a nice change up, more chocolatey than most, but not cloying. This one is my husband's new favorite.

I don't like the taste or consistency of this bar. Many other Atkins bars are more appealing, Contains enough sugar alcohols to cause problems for some, especially if you eat more than one a day.
