I've used this for years and it definitely helps get into areas that your toothbrush can't. I like using this better than dental floss and easy to carry around and use when needed. Have no negative comments about this. Yes, the wood can break, but you need to be gentle with anything you place in your mouth like this.

Drugstore.com use to carry the original stim-u-dent - not mint. After eating, the taste of mint makes me nauseous. Bring back regular, please as they are 5 stars. Recommended especially for those prone to peridontal problems!!!

I've been using these since I was diagnosed with Periodonal Disease in 2005. They work really well but I'm not a fan of the minty taste. I wish I could find the plain ones.

These are great to use when you aren't home after a meal; you can pick away in private and then I usually have a menthol cough drop to "clean my palate" and signal the meal is over.

I would not have bought these plaque removers if I'd known they were made in China. These are not Johnson and Johnson Stim-U-Dent tooth picks. They are made by Revive Personal Products Company. I would gladly pay twice as much for USA product. Country of Origin should be displayed for internal or topical products.

I could not find this in my regular store. I like the soft wood better than plastic picks. I like using them between brushings and sometimes while watching TV.
