These are darn good. I use oil in the place of butter to make them DF and add an extra T of water to get a cakier result. I'm not usually a sweets person, but I can eat at least 3 of these without batting an eyelash. Yum. And the non-GF people in my family love them too. That's always the seal of approval for a packaged GF product in this house!

I made this for a relative going through chemo who is gluten allergic.
He doesn't have much of an appetite at times. He ate these for lunch on his good day and said they were delicious. I added organic walnuts for extra nutrition.

So easy the kids can make it, and so delicious the non-gluten-free family member prefers it over the gluten-containing brand. Decadent, yummy chocolate bits are already included in the mix for a perfect delight every time.

Be sure to take it out of the oven when the timer goes off -- it will seem too soft, but just wait. Let it cool before cutting. If you cook until it firms up in the oven, it'll be a rock once it cools.

I really didn't know what to expect, since this was the first time I have bought the product. I had a friend over for dinner, so I whipped up a batch. YUM! It took all our strength not to eat the entire pan.

I will be using a butter substitute next time, to see if I can lower the calorie count. I really don't know how many calories are in the finished product, since the calorie disclosure relates only to the raw state.

I am also going to lower the heat, since the edges cooked much faster than the center. Really did not prevent us from eating them though!

I can't believe these brownies are gluten free. The only problem is they were so good, my husband and I could not stop eating them! ;) We are normally very conservative with eating desserts, but these were so good we went through them in no time. Never did we ever feel like we were eating a gluten-free product. The flavor and texture were so much like regular brownies, we completely forgot and just enjoyed them. And now I can finally bring a dessert to the frequent potlucks we have at work that I can actually eat, too!

The mix is a little expensive at regular price, but I'm going to stock up on these when they are on sale.

This product is a delicious gluten Free Brownie- There are not too many good choices out there for gluten free. The reason I gave it 4 star is because it can be pricey but well worth it!

The texture and taste of these brownies were excellent - not gritty like other gluten free baking items can be. They are very fudgy, which I like.
