This is great for daily use and/or right before starting your menstrual cycle. It may be used in combination with a tampon during your period. It is comfortable and flexible. I would not recommend using it with a thong, our on satin, lace, and polyester. It really only works with cotton or cotton polyester blend.
To use: Remove paper from the back of the pantiliner and place in panty. For use with a thong, wrap back edges around panty to fit. To dispose: Remove pantiliner. Place in trash. Do not flush.
