My husband has used the Old Spice deodorants for many years. He tried others and has always come back to this brand. He recently had to buy another brand that was more commonly used as an antiperspirant but found he was having an allergic reaction. Old Spice comes in many scents and there should be at least one that you like. He (and I) love the clean smell of Pure Sport. The scent lasts all day as does the power of the deodorant. He has also tried the Old Spice body washes and loves them too!!! Good value for the price.

The High Endurance line works really well, but the Pure Sport scent smells like strong cheap cologne. Try another scent and you have a really good stick deodorant. I personally like Pacific Surge.

My husband loves this product. And guess what? He smells great! And although I couldn't pin him down to write this review, he would say, "ah its deodorant". In fact he loves it so much that he has been using it everyday for over 5 years! He sometimes works outside, and we live in Mississippi where it gets pretty hot! I can't say that it stops him from sweating, but hey when it is over 100 degrees outside just smelling good is important!

I avoid aluminum-containing products due to the Alzheimer's connection, but a good aluminum-free deodorant is hard to find. Most of them either (a) don't work; or (b) smell too "macho" (I'm a woman). Old Spice High Endurance Pure Sport has a fresh scent that's appropriate for both sexes, and most important, IT WORKS -- lasts all day, without the harmful addition of aluminum.
