I've been using Mitchum for almost 20 years now, and each improvement, especially into the non-scented gel formulas, has been better than before. I'm a woman, work hard, sweat a lot, and this stuff keeps me feeling much less offensive to customers and co-workers. I introduced my teen-aged son to it 5 years ago when he began to get teen-sweat, and he uses it every day. Hoorah for this product.

I'm a woman who needs more than the usual protection in a deodorant. I first bought this when I was working as a waitress, with my armpits in people's faces to serve them. It was the only thing that really worked. Then I bought some for my boyfriend, who is a big, hairy, sweaty guy, for when he had job interviews. He ususally doesn't wear anything because he hates the fragrances and the feel of stuff under his arms, but this didn't bother him at all.

This product does not keep me completely dry, but nothing does - I'm a hard case and just generally sweat a lot. But, it keeps me dryer than any other product I've tried. It controls odor completely, all day long, even in the summer. I work outside much of the time, so I give it a lot and it takes it. I never smell funky on the way home from work. It's comfortable to apply, and it does not gum up the armpits of my shirts. I've had to throw away otherwise good shirts because of other products that simply wouldn't wash out. Mitchum has literally saved me money. The unscented is the best - I got "Mountain Air" or something like that by mistake once - I just can't stand scented deodorant/laundry detergent etc. because the fragrance they use is so cheap and nasty-smelling. I'd rather have unscented stuff, and then wear a little good-quality cologne. Anyway, there is a very slight fragrance in the unscented version, but it is not bothersome to me at all.

I don't think it works great at all. The smell is worse than underarm smell! When you're heated up some, the scent goes out more and it's just unbearable... It doesn't do a good job to me, it didn't stop wetness or anything.. I don't know what this stuff is for...

A woman's reasons for using this anti-perspirant/deodorant that is "for men": -Nothing else keeps me completely dry. -Complete odor control. -It does not sting after shaving. -Unscented!!!! No flowery or powdery scents to interfere with your favorite perfumes. -It rapidly absorbs and dries after application. -No sticky, powdery or pasty residue under arms or on clothing. -It prevents clothing stains. -It does not fade, discolor or distort fabrics. I often wonder why Mitchum does not make an unscented gel for women. This does just fine, but it took longer for me to try it because it was in the men's section. I would have liked to have discovered it 10 years sooner.

If 4.5 stars were available, that's what I'd give this product. It works- which is saying a lot since I've bought and thrown away many similar deoderants. There's nothing above and beyond my expectations here, but it does a respectable job of controlling odor and wetness.

This product definitly limits wetness, but it wasn't really unscented. The product has a fairly strong smell. I still detected traces of odor while using the product as well. Not only that, but the product is wet when applied and feels slimy on the armpit once it has dried. If you're just looking for wetness protection it's a decent product, but if you want comfortable odor and wetness protection, look elsewhere.

The very best out there! I used it for years, and then stopped for a while to see what other ladies deodorants felt like. I tried several, including Secret and Dove, but in the end, even using the "sensitive skin" formulas, I always developed a rash/irritation. I personally think the key is that it is ALCOHOL FREE and more limited in its titanium dioxin-something-or-other content. Needless to say, I'm back to using Mitchum, and am as dry and happy as a baby with a new diaper. :)

WOW!!! When a product can have such a bold message on it's label and it actually works -- what a PRODUCT! Kudos to Mitchum. I have NEVER suggested a product more aggressively to anyone in my 43 years of life. When you have a product that out performs its competition it has every right to stand proud!!!

I am a Mitchum man my self; I tried to find a antiperspirant myself for years, and up until a couple years ago, now I'm convinced, that this is by far the best product on the market. I am a independent runner so therefore I sweat a lot, and I'm always dry now.
