Refined Sesame Oil, Expeller pressed. We have been using this oil for over 10 years, not only does it handle the heat, it is much better for you than vegitable oil. I would highly reccomend this oil for anyone.

I use this light oil for the body and Ayurvedic gum care. It is not extremely heavy on the skin and has a great mild flavor. I am sure it would be great for cooking, as well.
