Almonds have long been hailed for their high content of mono-unsaturated fat-good for your body both inside and out. We coax out the almond's oil by expeller pressing and gently refine it using natural methods to create a clean, fresh oil perfect for blending custom massage oils or for high heat cooking in the kitchen.
Refined for High Heat This oil is best for high heat applications like sauteing, frying and all-purpose cooking.
Comments about Spectrum Naturals Almond Oil, 8 oz:
I use this directly on my skin in the winter. I put this on first, and then whatever body lotion I use, and only to give myself some kind of fragrance. In a rush I would use the almond oil alone which was fine. My skin was protected from winter itch and felt really soft. Shaving in the winter was a better experience. I hate that this is categorized as food on this site.
Comments about Spectrum Naturals Almond Oil, 8 oz:
I use this oil three ways: - in a body scrub, with coarse salt - on my hair every Saturday, as a deep treatment before washing - on my skin instead of lotion after a bath
It's so cool to watch it just sink into skin, and it leaves me so soft.

Comments about Spectrum Naturals Almond Oil, 8 oz:
I'm in my mid 20's and I actually use this for my hair and skin since it's super duper dry. I leave it on my body, face, and hair for at two to three hours once a week (usually while cleaning the house) and then wash it all off with dove soap and dove shampoo and conditioner. It's making my hair so soft and I have noticed a difference in my skin as well.
It goes nicely on salad too ;)

Comments about Spectrum Naturals Almond Oil, 8 oz:
Used for massage. Comes out of bottle too fast. Does not go very far- used 1/3 of bottle for 1 massage. Did not do my homework and have since seen pure oil much less expensive, even 1/2 the price. Will not buy again.
