ibought this unit in march and it seemed alright,sound was good and clear but this last saturday it stopped working-i could turn it on but no sound would come out of either side! Now thy're useless too me---HELP

I recieved the first set as a gift. A bit hard of hearing, okay, I'm deaf, wear hearing aids. Wife always complains I have the tv up too loud. I used to have a set of TV Ears in the bedroom so I could listen to the tv without bothering her. They were okay but sound was not the best. These things sound great! Great bass and high end and I don't get hollard at by the wife. I bought a second set for the living room so I can hear the news over the kids screaming through the room. I guess the only negative is your wearing a set of headphones instead of earbuds.

Purchased for my 84 year old Mom who would normally have the TV as loud as it could be. Now she can wear the headphones and the rest of the family can watch at a normal volume. She actually had me purchase a 2nd pair for her TV in her bedroom.

my wife uses it in bed at night. she thinks she has to listen to cnn for at least an hour. This way I can sleep. she can watch tv, and not be bothered about having sex.
