THE WORST. Although it is labeled classic, this is NOT the original formula and NOT classic. I purchased this product as drugstore.com no longer sells the original formula. Sad for the waste, but after giving this product a fair trial for one week, it is going in the trash. The nauseatingly sweet fragrance is overwhelming. Fragrance is ingredient number 7 of 22 ingredients. It is my practice to apply the original formula at the mirror prior to entering the shower to soften skin oil and then rinse immediately after entering the shower. Not with this product, my skin is burning before I can remove it. It leaves a heavy oily residue on my skin, requiring me to wash my face a second time with soap to remove the residue. Please bring back the CLASSIC ORIGINAL product.

I've been using Noxema for decades every night to remove my makeup.
I love the way it refreshes my skin and I especially love that classic
Noxema scent. This last jar I purchased does not have that great Noxema
scent! it smells sickly sweet, like generic cheap stuff with none of that classic
Noxema zing. I am so disappointed. Noxema: if it is not broke, don't fix it!
just another product spoiled for no good reason...

I remember I was about 16 when I sneaked and used my Mother's Noxzema and it has stayed with me up to today. I have branched off and tried many other products including brand names but always came back to this.

There is a REASON this product has been loved and used by millions for ages!!! This has been my "go to" cleanser for decades!!! Wonderful stuff. I've used it since the sixties (along with a rotation of other skin products) and still have great skin now in my fifties (I get frequent compliments that I look a LOT younger). Great nourishing, cleansing, and refreshing product. LOVE the energizing eucalyptus and menthol scent!! Removes make-up very well. Feels great on skin (especially after a long or difficult day….very energizing and refreshing). Cool and tingly in the summer….soothing when applied to sunburned skin. I'm now passing this down to the next generation of adolescents who are interested in skin care, cosmetics, and care of acne-prone skin. (BTW: the "original" version of the product is still the best, IMO)

It feels good and refreshing while massaging into face but it doesn't remove makeup at all, not even the Bare Minerals powder foundation I used. After using more product to try and remove make up (which didn't work BTW) my face was left with a strange waxy, coated feeling. Yuck! Too bad, I had high hopes for this. :/

I have used Noxema for over 30 years and accidentally bought this Classic Clean Noxema instead of the one labeled Original. This is NOT the same - the smell is gross ( to me )and not the real Noxema smell. I can't even stand to use it. Just beware if you are a long-time user of the original Noxema and want the product you are used to.

I'm a guy and I love this product. It's not as minty as the other noxzema product. Very creamy texture and gets rid of dirt/grim on your face. I love it :)
