I didn't hate this multivitamin by Centrum. However I strongly prefer one over this and my bottle is almost empty already its of the Paradise Orac-Energy Earths Blend which is far superior to this for me. The con about this centrum is that it gave me the same type of headache as with the super b complex. there's too much b vitamin in it in my opinion or else my body doesn't agree with however the B is made. I also don't like how they added selenium to this multivitamin. I had used centrum silver mens in the past but just for a bottle and didn't encounter the same trouble with strange minor headache as with this. It might be just an effect on me, so I put them in the family medicine cabinet and someone else can try them see how they work for them. The do taste bad if you chew them like I do, as I will not make my stomach deal with a whole hard whenever I can avoid it.

I'd stopped taking vitamins years before I developed a persistent problem with Restless Legs Syndrome a while back. Thought I read somewhere that potassium was recommended, but I also have Diarrhea-predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS-D), and the "-iums" (potassium, calcium, selenium) do a number on me, so I didn't want to overdo it with a potassium-only supplement. Plus, I looked forward to improving my nutrition overall, in my 40s and beyond. (Now if only Medicaid covered multivitamins...!)
What I did find, though, is that Centrum is absorbed better with food than on an empty stomach. THAT basically stopped the RLS, without aggravating the IBS! :)
I wouldn't mind a slightly smaller and/or smoother and/or flatter pill to swallow, but I've had worse, so no major complaints.

we are a busy couple and sometimes, we don't pay too much attention on our meals. taking multivitamin helps us maintain nutrients that we miss. I love Centrum brand. but I hope it makes Multivitamin in liquid gel form.

I have purchased more than 10 centrum multivitamin bottles already and what I usually find is that the tablets then to change color or have color spots after about a year or less of opening.
To avoid upset stomach, I take it right after a meal.
