I've been using this product (two a day) for several years; my reason being if they help keep kids healthy, then adults should benefit, too. Finally I'd convinced my daughter to start a daily vitamin regimen and aside from a good multi I suggested she try these for extra immune support. Before this my granddaughter and her mom both suffered from frequent colds and missed a lot of school and work. Last Winter while taking their Lil Critters vitamin C plus Zinc and echinacea supplements they barely had a sniffle much less the usual chest colds and lingering coughs. We all like the yummy taste and the easy to swallow gummies. There's no upset stomach troubles like other pill forms cause. These Vitamins have made my family much healthier and happier. Since my family has been taking these daily we have gone for a full year without any of the usual colds, coughs, bronchitis, laryngitis, etc that used to plague our household throughout the year. Before one of us seemed to constantly bring home every viral affliction going around the office or school and share it with everyone else. Since we have all been faithfully taking these supplements we all stay in good health no matter what happens to be making the rounds.
