I have used this shampoo and conditioner a little over a week now. So far, I love the smell and the consistency. It leaves no residue, as with other products that I have used in the past. It's very light and refreshing. It doesn't weigh my hair down or leave it feeling heavy. I really like that after a couple washes your hair goes from flat to shiny volumized goodness! Whether I just let it air dry freely or I blow dry it out I can tell a difference in the volume. I got lucky enough to try this shampoo and conditioner set for free in return for my very own and honest opinion. Thank you Influenster and thank you Pantene!

I have the thinnest hair and with having it colored, I can't perm it. This shampoo and conditioner added soooo much body and volume to my hair I couldn't believe it. I have already recommended this to everyone I know. Kudos to Pantene for helping me !!!!!

works great if you're looking for an everyday shampoo but definitely didn't see any added volume. smells super!

Unlike the shampoo that is the partner for this conditioner I love it. I have baby fine hair with little to no volume. This conditioner adds just enough softness and volume without being too heavy. There is no miracle product that will give me thicker hair but I like this product because it isn't too heavy.

I used this conditioner along with the shampoo suggested for fine hair. The conditioner does not weigh your hair down, but it also does not create any extra volume. Also I found my hair frizzy even after using the conditioner.

I used both the flat to volume shampoo and conditioner and my hair is noticeably softer and more manageable since I've started using. The only thing I don't like about the conditioner is that it does take quite a bit of time to completely rinse it out of my hair so there isn't a lot of residue behind.

I should have gone with my first instinct in this. I've never really liked Pantene products because I can't stand the smell and they never really seemed to do what they were supposed to. Well they got a "new" look, packaging and it smelled better than the original so I decided to try this "Flat to Volume" line and they should really name it Flat to Flatter. I have fine hair and this did nothing for me. It actually came out too soft which made it just fall flat. I would not recommend this if you are looking for volume. Now I know once again why I always hated Pantene.

I bought the sample size just to see how this compares with the sheer volume pro-v. Unfortunately I took it to Hawaii as a good travel size conditioner. What a mistake! It barely took out any of my tangles unless I used a huge amount, like 6Tbs worth. Even then it didnt work very well. I have fine medium long hair. I will go back to the fab pantene pro-v sheer volume. Hopefully it wont be discontinued for this one.
