I've had a hereditary bunion on my left foot for many years. Recently, it's become quite painful and was affecting my running. I'm training for a half marathon and was considering foregoing it because of the pain. I began using this product about a month ago and have already noticed improvement! The regulator slips easily over the foot and adjusts quickly with the velcro strap. I put it on just before bedtime and never notice it during the night. Overall, I'm very pleased with this product. The pain is virtually gone and there was no discomfort on my recent long (11 mile) run. The only drawback is that I can't use the right foot regulator. Thumbs up for Goodnight Bunion!

Aligns the big toe correctly. They are fairly comfortable but would recommend using during times of relaxation instead of while sleeping. Bunions run in my family. So I am hoping that if I use these enough, I will not have to have surgery one day.

I have definitely noticed a reduction in the size of the knot on the side of my foot. I try to remember to wear this every night, but I sometimes forget. I use an ace bandage underneath it to keep the plastic from digging into my foot. This works great. Very comfortable with the bandage underneath. I would recommend this. It has worked well for me.

I purchased this because I have the beginning of a bunion and preventive maintenance was medically recommended. I have an elastic sleeve for bunions that I have found is much better and I will stick with. This contraption is so frustrating to get situated on your foot properly, and then once you do, not a lot of tension to do the job. If you're older, this is a joint project by the way, not an easy task on your own. My husband and I worked together for 30min trying to get it right and finally just gave up. The elastic sleeve is much simpler and easier to use and is working!

Plastic is hard, sharp and inflexable. Gouges everywhere it touches. So painful can not use.
Waste of money. Would give it a negative rating but was not an option.

I bought this a few weeks ago in an attempt to relieve my bunion pain. While I've come to terms that no contraption is going to fix my bunions, I was certainly optimistic that these would at least reduce the swelling and ease the pain.

The product works as expected. Easy to use and actually helps realign the big toe while you rest your feet. When I take them off, it actually feels very refreshing. I like to think of them as yoga for bunions :)

So, I docked off one star because they are rather flimsy. I typically wear these to sleep. I had to take my child to go potty in the middle of the night and didn't have time to take these suckers off, so as much as I tried to walk on my heels, it only took one wrong step to break. The plastic arm broke up so I could no longer use the velcro strap, which basically provides the tension for your big toe. I was able to super glue the plastic back on, which worked well for a few weeks. I left them on the bed one night and found my kids jumping on the bed, broken a second time :(

They're very affordable and do what they advertise, but maybe maybe my household is too destructive for something so fragile. I'm opting to try something more durable, even though I need to pay more for it.

I purchased these b/c I have a "baby" bunion that made some of my shoes difficult to wear (im sure my love for high-heeled shoes are to blame). I used this every night or while sitting around watching tv/reading (eventually the nagging discomfort required that I take it off) Anyway, after a few weeks, i could easily slip into my narrower shoes and wear them ALL DAY without ANY discomfort. The bunion is not physically gone but my big toe joint/tendon is VERY flexible now and can i slide into shoes without any pressure on that bone. For closed-toe shoes I use a toe seperator for good measure.

Don't really feel any tension that might improve my bunions. Good thing, it does come with one for each foot.
