My twins are 8 now and have been taking these since they were 6. They are easy for them to swallow and they don't complain of a bad taste. They also take with the Nordic Naturals Nordic Berries multi vitamin. In my opinion, any time we are out of vitamins for a week or so there is a change in behavior (especially my son). I truly believe in the power of prayer AND nutrition.

Drugstore.com is an easy and great place to purchase them!
