I've been using this hairspray for years because it's truly the only one I've found that holds my thin bangs in place all day, even if its windy out. I've tried others and always come back to this. It's affordable & 1-2 quick spritz' of spray over my hot-curled bangs lasts ALL day! It IS a bit sticky the first few minutes on my hair, i just don't mess with it until it dries. I probably wouldn't recommend this hairspray for people who prefer a "flexible hold" because once it dries, it's kind of hard to comb through. The only thing i don't like about the "instant freeze" formula is ive had a few cans completely clog up when spraying. ..a little warm water on the nozzle clears the problem, but it's annoying. Overall, a fantastic hairspray that does what it says...instantly freezes your do!!

This is an inexpensive product that really holds! It combs out easily. Every now and then, I will buy one with a nozzle that clogs. If you can't fix it by putting it in hot water, it is defective. I have gotten replacements from Aussie, but also I get a replacement by returning it to the store. It doesn't seem to be the nozzle, but the can that is defective.

I use a curling iron to curl my hair. After curling I spray my hair with Aussie Instant Freeze Hair Spray. Let it dry. Then I brush my hair out and style it. Then spray with regular hair spray. My hair is very fine and will not hold a curl unless I spray it with Aussie Instant Freeze Hair Spray. It's that simple.

I really like this product because it holds and gives a foundation to a hairdo. The problem is that the nozzle clogs after only a few uses--I have tried numerous times and even tried different stores, but the same thing keeps happening. My husband and I both tried everything to unclog the nozzle, but nothing worked. He is a physics professor. I wrote to Aussie, they sent a coupon, bought yet another can, and within days that too clogged. I'll have to stop using it because I am wasting entire bottles of hair spray. Too bad they cannot fix this problem.

Aussie Instant Freeze Hairspray provides strong and lasting hold. It dries quickly, and I sometimes use it as a scrunch styling spray as well as a finishing hairspray. Right after applying, you can feel it when you touch your hair, just a little stiffness (which I like), though your hair still moves. That stiffness fades, but the hold stays, even on humid days. I have very thick hair with a strong wave, and this product helps accentuate the curl. This is my favorite spray.

Product itself is good, but the nozzle gets clogged. This causes the solution to splatter and the spray to be uneven.

I have a bit of a hard time with finding a hairspray that produces maximum volume with minimum build up - this product works so well with my thin and fine hair. It smells nice, not like other Aussie products which I usually do not like the smell of. Will definitely repurchase.

The constant reformulations of Aussie's hairsprays have caused me to alternate between Freeze and Aussome Volume for many years. I don't know why I've remained so loyal to these products, but they are now both so sticky that I've been forced to find a new brand. The Freeze is like a can of spray glue that takes too long to dry and constantly clogs the nozzle causing the product to come out in globs. Aussome Volume is so sticky that it makes my hair stick to my pillow at night. These sprays used to be wonderful before all the changes. I still like the smell, and Aussie has kept the price down all these years, but I'm tired of cleaning the nozzle and dealing with the stickiness. I wish Aussie would go back to its original formulas. They had just as much holding power without feeling like glue.
