The ONLY B vitamin I've taken for YEARS! Good for stress and allergies but doesn't make you feel "buzzed up" like some other B supplements I've taken in the past. I on;y take 1 a day with my multi.

I like the holistic and complete approach of this B-complex. I started out using cheaper B-complexes but they mostly got me all 'buzzy" and for some reason gave me a lot of fluid rentention. I was going into menopause at the time and really wanted a B supplement that was more "natural" and "food based". Since my mutiple has quite a lot of B already in it, I only take one of these a day, but really I couldn't "B" without it! :) I hope Rainbow Light continues to make this formulation forever!
