We had been trying to get pregnant for 8 months before we tried this predictor kit. I bought this one because it looked easy to use and was affordable. I used it as directed on the 13th day after my LMP, and yes, the lines were a bit difficult to read, but basically had not detected an LH surge yet. Tried the next day - no surge, still a little difficult to interpret. But the 3rd day - BAM!! VERY EASY TO INTERPRET!! CLEAR AS DAY that it detected an LH surge! No question. We had intercourse that night and the next (just to make sure!). I took an Answer Quick & Simple Pregnancy Test just one day after the first day of my missed period - and it was POSITIVE!!! I was worried it wouldn't be able to detect the HCG yet, but it did! (I have always had low HCG levels and histories of miscarriages and ectopic pregnancy). I am now sold on the Answer products and highly recommend them! We are very pleased with the results!! :)

I tried this product for 2 months in a row. First month I was completely satisfied- it showed clear positive result on a day 17, and showed it for 2 days straight. The next months I tried it, but the whole time I was doing it (for at least 15 days) I was getting negatives. So, It got me confused. My period arrived on time, which meant I ovulated (according to my doctor). This month I decided to try Rite Aid brand. Hopefully it'll work!!! I wouldn't recommend Answer, though.

The test was easy to read, but I really wished that it came with a cap for the test stick, like other tests do. It was really messy and when I was done with it, I had to put it in a paper cup so it didn't leak everywhere. I would recommend buying the tests that have caps for the test sticks.

I have been using these tests for three months, thinking that I'm getting "better" at reading the test results. Every day I agonize over whether it's positive or negative, and three months straight I have not been pregnant. I am not lucky enough to have any physical signs of ovulation, so I really need to rely on these tests. After this month, if I am not pregnant, I am going to get the more expensive Clearblue.

I thought this test was very good. I used it in the mornings, and always had very clear results. It was very obvious when my LH surge occurred and the test corresponded with my basal body temperature rise. I would definitely use this again, especially since it's cheaper than other brands.

When we decided to have our son we only had to try once because I knew precicely what day. Just out of curiosity I decided to get these tests and take them on the days leading up to when I knew I ovulated. Horrible results. I always have the ovulation feelings and discharge on days 13-14 So I started taking the test on day 9. Day 9 the 2 lines were almost IDENTICAL and I agonised for a long time trying to decipher. I assumed that once day 13 came I would be able to clearly see that they were matching and that day 9's test was way off. But every result line after day 9 got pregressively lighter. On day 13 I could feel my body starting to gear up for ovulation... but according to the test I had the lightest results line so far. The whole thing was a hot mess. The only thing it did was make me temporarily stop trusting my body and my instincts. I will resume doing just that now.

I have been trying for about a year. These sticks are the worst, and I've tried all brands, including the store brands. You can never tell the difference in the lines...some months I show a positive almost every day of testing! It's very difficult to tell if one is lighter than the other. I would buy the Clearblue test. This one is cheap, but it stinks.

I would not recommend this ovulation kit! The results are very difficult to interpret and caused me considerable confusion. Not worth the money.

I have really irregular periods. I used these last month and I kept getting negatives and finally it gave me two positive results 2 days in a row. Then after those 2 days, negatives again so I knew I ovulated. My cheapie brand off the internet gave me negatives the whole time. I thought these were reliable. I would use them again!!!

I love these tests. My husband and I have been trying for the last three months. We used Answer for the first two months and then tried to go cheap by using the dollar store brand. I used the dollar store brand at the same time as the Answer tests and the dollar store brand always failed to find the surge. I have no difficulty reading the lines on these tests.
