Elderberry concentrate has helped me fight off sinus infections that previously would have ended with a trip to the Dr and a round ( or two) of antibiotics. Also a tsp each morning in kids juice has gotten them through the winter with no trips to Dr for illness despite being around sick friends and classmates. This was a new product to me a couple months ago, but from now on I it will be a staple in my household!

This is the best quality most pure and cost effective elderberry you can buy. It is nore cost effective than making it yourself by rehydrating berries because it is so concentrated. My whole family loves the taste and it has allowed us to recover from flu and other illnesses like strep throat (verified by labratory tests we had done, before and after infection) without the use of antibiotics. You need to take 2 tablespoons in water at least 4 times per day to recover. It has worked for us many times. With this we have not needed antibiotics for 4 years. We do not refrigerate ours and it has never gone bad-- we usually use it within 1 month. (Make sure not to allow contamination of the bottle though.)

I have used other brands and have had great results with my daughter. This brand, although all natural, must be mixed with juice because of taste and so limits how much my daughter will actually get in her. Also, as it has no preservatives, you have to use the whole bottle in two weeks!!! I bought the huge bottle to save money but didn't know about the two week thing, big waste of money for me!
