This shampoo made my hair so dull, dry, and flat. And I have thick hair that can take a lot! People usually comment on how shiny my hair is but after using this, my hair looked so dead. I went back to my Mane n' Tail shampoo and there was such a difference in my hair! I think people who use this really should try a different shampoo to see how damaging it is.

Haven't come across a product that cleansed my hair, left it smooth and did not weigh it down, until now. My thick hair was left with a pleasant smell and smooth and soft to the touch.

Bottom Line: not recommended

This shampoo smoothed out my hair and made it shiny, but it also left it a little bit dry. Also, it made my hair really flat, and I have very thick, long hair so it's very hard for a product to do that to me. I don't think I would buy it again, only because there are better shampoos for the price that aren't drying.

I really love this stuff. I have dry hair and this really works. Not suggested if you have normal to oily as it may be too much.

I have been using Pantene shampoo for a long time now. I have been getting many compliments lately from so many people saying how much they love my hair, that it is soft and shiny. I attribute that to all the years I've been using Pantene shampoo and conditioner.

I have the exact problem as the other woman with this shampoo. My hair feels like straw about 4 inches up from the ends. Its not that I need a haircut, because I get is cut regularly. Its terrible and the conditioner doesnt really get rid of it.

I like how this shampoo smells, and I love how my hair feels, but the shampoo dried my scalp out really bad (itchy). I do recommend the conditioner, though.

I LOVE Pantene's Smooth & Sleek! It's still not as soft as it used to be in high school, but it's pretty close! At first when I started using it, my hair didn't seem any different. But a couple weeks later, I've seen a BIG difference! My hair is also full of shine. I love running my fingers through it!
