Eat oatmeal every morning for breakfast and can add chai spices, different fresh fruit, almond milk, honey. It has been part of my cholesterol lowering diet. Love it!!!

I made some chocolate oatmeal cookies with this flour. They came out well, just a little flatter than when using regular flour. I did not have any Xanthan Gum to add and will use it the next time I make these. Perhaps they will rise up more with that ingredient.

I tried this flour with some of my "regular" recipes not telling members of my household the flour was "gluten free". They raved about the taste and went for seconds. I am the only gluten intolerant one in the family. I have now purged my regular flour and filled my canister with ONLY this flour. It will be the only one used in our household thence forward!
