Bought this for my daughter who needed to switch from the 2in1 Baby Shampoos, they just weren't cutting it for her anymore. I've been using Pantene shampoo and conditioners for years. I chose Classic because she has medium-thick hair, on the oily side, and is past her shoulders. Her shampoo needed to rinse clean easily and leave her hair clean and healthy looking. Pantene Classic fits the bill perfectly. I use it too when I need to switch it up (from Pantene Smooth!).

Bought this product for my husband. He's so particular about shampoos. He has very curly hair and he keeps it short. He needs a shampoo that will keep the fuzziness down so the hair will lay flat; for curly hair, that's sometimes difficult. But this shampoo is super great because he's raving about it. Fantastic end to looking for shampoos.

I used to wash and condition my hair with only Pantene products when I was younger, but I started to experiment with other (and more expensive) shampoos as I got older. I thought the more expense the product, the better the results. Now I know that's not always true. I decided to use Pantene again about a month ago and have yielded to beautiful results! My hair shines the way it used to and has become more manageable and softer. My hair seems like itself again. I'm more than satisfied with this shampoo!

In terms of shampoo and conditioner, pantene is fine.
HOWEVER, it made my face break out severely. Specifically, my breakouts were concentrated on my forehead (I have bangs) and along the hairline. I'm 21 years old and never had a problem with acne or sensitive skin until I used this product. Unfortunately, I used half the bottle before I realized my shampoo was causing the breakouts. I've since switched shampoo and conditioner, and have seen slow improvements in my skin but it really left its mark.

So, a word to the wise: If you have sensitive skin, stay away!!! If you have normal skin, consider yourself warned!

I use this shampoo daily and use a hairdryer every day as well. It makes my hair look as good as a man's head can and my hair feels and smells soft and clean. Would recommend.

This is an excellent shampoo for normal or mildly chemically treated hair.
I am a licensed cosmetologist and have tried all the proffesional products on the planet. This is just as effective as high end products.
My whole family uses it and we all have different hair types.
I use the Pantene clarifying shampoo one time per week and the pantene conditoner for normal hair every wash!

This is the BEST product for those of us who use gels, hairspray, etc and need a THOROUGH cleaning shampoo. I've been using this for about 10 years and so far, I haven't found ANY cleaning shampoo that's save, effective and good for my hair! This is NO lie but my hair is healthy and went from shoulder length to past my booty in length in less than 4 years. I don't frou frou my hair anymore, and try not to be brutal on my hair with dryers, irons, etc but I feel really confident that my hair is healthy just by how fast it's grown. I have to trim it now cuz it's getting way too long but this shampoo and the conditioner are perfect for us who like CLEAN hair whether we wash every day, every other day or just twice a week! I took the 'who long would it take my hair to get dirty, oily, nasty' test.....it took 3 WEEKS! That was a test that I did several times and each time, I was shocked. That's no lie. I'm totally devoted to this product and I have lots of longgggg, straight , thin but lots of thin hair and this product helps me in styling. IF I want to to an up do or even tease it a little, I am confident that I'll have the perfect outcome. I don't have to hassel with this product, worrying about my hair not being completely squeaky clean afterwards and the accompanying clean n clear conditioner doesn't OVER condition...like make my hair weighted down or oily, which for a person with really really long hair, my hair can get pretty heavy with other products.
I totally give this product a 10 star review! Better than what this site will allow us to leave (5 stars). ANY questions, please reply to me. No problem. Thanks for reading my LONG review but if you have hair like I have and have been having a hard time searching for the perfect product and has gone thru the cheapest to the most expensive shampoos, I found what really works and I'm not gonna change to any thing else. I am completely happy with my hair health and also, believe it or not, NO SPLIT ENDS! I don't trim my length much and haven't had ANY spit end probs with this shampoo or conditioner.
