I've been using Pert for a gazillion years,okay I'm 29! It gets a bad rep from salons,yet I'm always getting compliments on my long, shiney hair. It has to be the pert! I've tried more expensive products but I always come back.

I have short, very thick and somewhat coarse hair. It veers a bit to oily, but is mostly normal. This product makes my hair shine and look fresh. I've experimented with very expensive shampoos and always go back to this old faithful. There is no product buildup either. I wash my hair daily and it always looks clean and healthy.

Every guy I ever dated (and now the man I married)has used this stuff! And they all seem to really like it. My husband won't use anything else. And I admit I sneak it every once in a while when I feel too lazy to do the whole shampoo and separate conditioner thing. It's so great for wash and go. And it's got the greatest clean, fresh scent. But if your hair is more on the dry side or chemically treated like mine is, it's probably not the best for everyday use.

Pert Plus + conditioner is a joy to lather and wash your hair with. It leaves hair clean, soft, and bouncy. BUT you do need to use a conditioner to detangle. And I am not crazy about the fragrance of Pert, we get sick of it very fast and use something else off and on regularly.

This is a really good 2 in 1 product. I bought it for a recent vacation so that I could just pack one bottle instead of two. It smells really good, and it cleaned my hair really well, too. I have short fine hair, so I don't need a lot of conditioner. It also works really well for my kids. They are always busy and on the go, rarely using conditioner. This is a great addition to their shower as well. I will definitely buy it again.

Works GREAT on our dog! Better then any dog shampoo at keeping her 130 lbs. of fur soft, shiny and smelling huggable.
