This is the best lotion ever made, I don't know why[...], and other stores stopped selling it.

I have used this lotion since St. Ives first released it. The lotion itself is very good and works well to help dry, chapped skin. I use it in the morning, after a shower, in the winter, and summer and before bed. The scent is the main reason I use this lotion. It's light vanilla scent is my favorite. Vanilla is my signature scent and this helps to continue that into my skin therapy as well. For my use, the scent could be just a tad more potent, but it is fine. I used to buy this at Wal-Mart, but for some reason they stopped carrying it. So I found Drugstore.com and now love their ease of shopping. It was super easy to find and even easier to buy. ive always loved st ives, but ive never used this lotion.. but now that i have i love it too! :)

this is a very nice smelling lotion...absorbs well..non greasy but softening...smell lasts also...which sometimes can be bad if I don't care for the scent but in this case I love that...smells like a true soft vanilla..

Although this lotion is rich and creamy, I have to agree with the user who complained about the funny after smell. Back when it was labeled "aromatherapy", it had the most wonderful vanilla scent that remained even after application. Now it leaves your skin smelling something like vanilla mixed with castor oil.

The best moisturizer I've ever used. The scent is very light.

I used this lotion a few years back and just loved it but couldn't find it for a while. Even though it doesn't state a change, there is definitely a change in the smell. There is a funny "after-smell," for lack of a better term, and just does not have the same pure vanilla scent I loved before. My husband agrees. They have obviously changed something from the original formulation (my money's on to make it cheaper) which is unfortunate. I threw this away and won't buy again.
