The gel tablets stick together in the bottle even though I shake them up every day when I take one. I recommend a silicon pack in the bottle. I take Vitamin D3 for a Vitamin D deficiency (physician's orders) and they work great at an awesome price!

My neurologist has me taking 6,000 I.U. of vitamin D3 per day for a chronic disease, and this particular brand was recommended by a naturopathic doctor whom I really respect. The Carlson brand works really well for me, with no side effects whatsoever. Very high quality. Be sure to take each D3 capsule with a capsule of calcium/magnesium, in order to properly synthesize the vitamins.

I am blessed with several autoimmune diseases - one specialist says I hit the genetic jackpot. My family doctor found I was very low on Vitamin D and prescribed 2000 IU of D3 - specifically Carlson's. My levels have steadily improved. Carlson's is the brand my doctor orders his patients to use. He's generally not a big believer in supplements. It must work!
