A great way to get a powerful supplement in a smaller package. This is MUCH smaller than the other Carlson vitamins, which I take myself (and don't have a problem). My husband doesn't find it as easy to take larger pills or supplements, and this is one pill with a lot of essentials, with key minerals too. My husband has noticed his sleep has improved since taking these on a regular basis, and is going to keep taking them.

These vitamins are certainly not Mini in size. The are the same length as most multi-vitamins so if you have trouble swallowing large pills you will still not be able to handle these. You can cut them in half but then you the rough edges that can irritate your throat. I would not recommend these vitamins at all if you have trouble swallowing pills.
