Each Golden Aloe soft gel contains 100mg of Aloe Vera concentrate (200:1) supplying the equivalent of 20,000 mg (4 teaspoonsful) aloe vera gel. Only the fresh thick inner gel from the aloe vera leaf is freeze dried to form the aloe vera concentrate. This is equivalent to approximately one cup of aloe vera drink (10:1).

If i had to take aloe, it would have been in liquid form. But I decided to try this aloe pill because I could sense my stomach was aching a bit (from stress!). In about fifteen minutes, I felt more relaxed because my stomach calmed down. I don't like to take OTC name brands with so many side effects. This aloe pill works for me. It's more handy too because I can take it on trips. The liquid aloe that I usually buy is a gallon size and eats up the space in my fridge. i'm glad I bought this!
