Great product!!! I live in NYC and this product is awesome on humid days. It doesn't flake or frizz.

I mix this with the blue Dep gel

Add me to the list of people who swear by this stuff. I have very curly hair and it is hands down over every other thing I have tried, including the other "levels" of Dep. I have tried nearly everything and I have come down to the combination of this gel plus Pantene spray gel for curls and it does wonders as a combination.

No matter how much I put in my hair, there are no results! Nothing! It does smell really nice, but NO "ultimate hold"

I have used Dep Texturizing gel since the 80's. I have naturally curly hair, and it really brings out the bounce and holds off the frizz from blow drying. I always get compliments from hairdresser's and when I tell them I use Dep Gel, they try to tell me to use a Salon Product. Well, for their FYI: Salon products are to expensive and Dep Gel does just as good as any of the salon products, IN FACT BETTER. I'm a dedicated Dep Lady!!!

Only gel I'll use! It's the BEST!!!

It is the best gel I've ever tried, and I've tried a lot of them, priced low or high. It turns my really straight, flat and completely lifeless hair into manageable, full and actually "texturized" hair, with strands that have smooth movement each on their own. This product gives me "somebody else's" hair!!!

I can't believe this doesn't have any reviews. It's a Holy Grail for me and I've been using it for almost ten years. I have long, thick, curly/wavy, color-treated hair. No matter how my hair is cut, this gel always works. I apply about a quarter-sized dollop on towel dried hair. When I air-dry, the result is well-defined, shiny, soft curls. With a diffuser, its soft waves with nice volume. Other Dep formulas didn't work for me anywhere near as well. Recently, I upgraded to an expensive salon brand and while I love that product, this Dep is almost as good for 1/10th the price. Highly recommended.
