I am surprised at the lo review which has unfairly impacted the total rating. Th4 travel one has a higher rating since the reviewer who pulled the score down . The scent is stronger than some hairspray but it is quite pleasant. In fact I've hd compliments from strangers who thought bit was perfume. Additionally, this hairspray offers a strong hold without helmet head . ALLOWS SOME STYLING BEFORE IT SETS. My hair stylist uses it, which is how I came to use it.

I HAVE LOOKED AND LOOKED FOR A HAIR SPRAY THAT WOULDN'T MAKE MY HAIR FEEL LIKE SANDPAPER! I TRIED EXPENSIVE, SALON PRODUCTS AND NOT SO EXPENSIVE PRODUCTS, BUT THEY ALL MADE MY HAIR FEEL AWFUL! AFTER RESEARCHING ONLINE, I CAME ACROSS SUGGESTIONS REGARDING LOREAL ELNETT. I LOVE THE FACT THAT MY HAIR FEELS GREAT, NOT DRY, AFTER USING IT. IT HAS A VERY LIGHT HOLD, WHICH IS ALRIGHT WITH ME. IT HOLDS MY NATURALLY WAVY HAIR ENOUGH FOR WHAT I LIKE AND IT DOES BRUSH OUT NICELY. IT DOESN'T FLAKE AT ALL AND THE SMELL DOESN'T BOTHER ME. I LOVE IT!!! SO GLAD I FOUND IT AND IT'S NOT TOO EXPENSIVE!!!

If it weren't for the smell, I'd have given a 5 star rating. Works great, just smells too strong.

A great lightweight but good hold hairspray. Ultra fine mist. The smell, however needs some work. To me, it smells like a cross between tuna fish and a dirty ashtray. It does not make your hair smell that way, just the air when you spray it on. If you can get past the smell, it does what it says.

I worked for L'oreal some years ago. Ellnet sold for [$] a can. I wonder what they did to it to make it sell for $12.00 more?
