I submitted a poor review of this product, and it was removed. If you are health conscious, you will be disappointed to find that the vitamins include Red #40, banned in Canada and UK. Why on earth "Nature Made" felt that bright red vitamins are closer to what nature makes is beyond me. Furious that I did not read the ingredients before I purchased.

Do not buy this product if you care about your health! I was surprised to see that these softgels are bright red. The label says "No Artificial Flavors" "No Preservatives" -- but Artificial Colors ARE included. So along with your CoQ10, you get a dose of RED 40 (a dye that has been banned in Europe because it CAUSES CANCER), Blue 1, and Titanium Dioxide (a whitener used in paints)!
I'm disgusted by this, and very sorry I didn't read the fine print here. It's appalling that a company selling vitamins, presumably to people who are interested in IMPROVING their health, would put such harmful and unnecessary ingredients in its product. If I want to ingest chemicals and food dyes, I'll eat a bag of Skittles, thanks.
