I fell on my shoulder/arm last week, and have been taking ibuprofren, doing cold and hot compressions and excercises, all that my doctor had prescribed. She had even prescribed some vicodin to enable me to do the exercises, but even after a week none of this seemed to make my shoulder/arm feel better, so I looked through my medicine drawer and found a sample of this. It suprisingly worked so well at easing the pain that I bought a tube of it. I can use it 4-5 times a day because it has practically no smell and doesn't make my skin feel greasy.
