So I usually take this after a meal, it didn't tell you had to. I haven't notice any changes in hair or nails but at least it didn't make me break out or have a rash.

I had been reading about how gelatin supplements were supposed to help with skin, nail and joint health, so I decided to give it a try. I can't really comment on the joint aspect as I don't have any issues there yet, but wow ... my fingernails have never been shinier or stronger! Also, I've noticed some pre-eczema dry patches on my arms, elbows and legs have disappeared. My husband and I each take one capsule twice per day and it's become a permanent staple in our diet during the past year.

I have always used Gelatin capsules from a local store but they were getting harder and harder to find. When I was browsing on Drugstore.com I thouhgt of looking them up. I ordered four bottles and will continue to order as I need them. These are great for your nails and at a better price than the local product.

I started taking this months ago to strengthen my nails. My nails are stronger and seem to be growing faster as does my hair. The capsules are not huge, not difficult to swallow. They are also inexpensive, so if you want to strengthen your nails, give these capsules a try.
