I keep this on hand at all time. The second I feel something starting in my throat or my kids complain about their ears, or someone around us is already sick, we start taking this. Most of the time it prevents us from getting sick at all. Once in a great while, maybe we didn't notice our symptoms soon enough, it just keeps us from getting REALLY sick. We might just get a real mild case of whatever is going around. The trick is to start taking it as soon as you feel something coming on and continue to take it throughout the next few days. We take 3 at a time, every 3 or 4 hours, but I've found that this is the ONLY brand that actually works.
