I used Nature's Answer "Cinnamint" flavor at first, but it stings and makes my eyes water - I love cinnamon, but the flavor is very strong. So I switched to "Winter Mint" and I love it! It's the most refreshing mouthwash I've ever used, and it contains good ingredients. It's lightweight, not sticky, and helps combat dry-mouth problems at night. I've never seen this brand in stores, so I'm grateful to Drugstore.com for offering it. GREAT product!

After brushing, rinse and swish vigorously twice a day with 2 capfuls for 30-60 seconds. PerioWash® can also be used as a gargle. For best results do not eat or drink for 10 minutes after use. Shake well before use.
