My 10-week old daughter and I caught colds this past week. I had used the hospital-provided aspirator bulb but the bulb is not very effective, and was quite frustrating to my baby. I had received NoseFrida as a baby registry gift, and after using the bulb several times, decided to try the NoseFrida. It was 100x more effective on the first use compared with the bulb, and after two uses during this cold, my baby literally smiled when she saw it coming - knowing that relief from her congestion was moments away. It is so easy to clean, and easy to use, I can't recommend it enough. I am purchasing NoseFridas for the next 2 baby showers I am attending in a few weeks.
Nothing is more upsetting than witnessing your infant struggle with severe congestion. NoseFrida is very effective at snot removal, and it isn't nearly as gross as you would think, as the system is very sanitary and super easy to clean. Give this a try - you will be pleased with the results!

I own both this one and the BabyComfyNose - and the BCN is the one that gets used, for two simple reasons 1) Don't have to buy filters 'cause BCN is designed to use tissue 2) the mesh pouch that comes with the BCN is a heck of a lot more convenient for storage than the NF plastic case. Who's going to spend time fitting it all perfectly back in the case? - and then the air-tight plastic doesn't let the aspirator dry so I'm worried that all kinds of bacteria and virus are growing in there. Go with the BCN.

When I saw this in stores I was pretty grossed out, not sold at all but excellent reviews made me give it a shot and I'm so glad I did! The hospital issue Standard bulb syringe made my baby panic while this was a much gentler approach with the same results

We tried the nosefrida on our 1 yr old and the nose opening was way too big for the nostril. It does not make a good seal in the nostil opening because it is too big and so does not work very well. Also, the plastic is hard - not very comfortable! We did try another similar one that has a newborn nose tip and that one works great.

I've had mine for a while now & finally need to replace it. I purchased it when my son was an infant & he would giggle every time. As a toddler, he likes to help to hold it in place while I suction his nose. I pair it with Little Noses Saline as well. B/c I love it so much, I always give it as a gift at the many baby showers I'm invited to lol.

My daughter tolerated this much better, as an infant. As a toddler (a teenager posing as a toddler), she's resistent. She'd prefer to use it on her own, which is obviously impossible. Aside from my daughter being slightly aggressive, this thing is magic.

We love this product! It's hard to use by yourself when your toddler is squirming around but with the help of your spouse, this is an amazing product!!! I bought this as a baby shower gift to a friend b/c it's a must-have item.

This worked so much better than the ones you get from the hospital and its gentle on my newborns nose. It also comes with extra filters which it didn't state in the description. Thank goodness I didn't have to go the old fashioned way and use my mouth. Yuck! A great product

Works great! Much more effective than those nasal aspirators that you squeeze and stick in your child's nose. It sounds nasty, but I felt good seeing how much snot was being removed from my 6 month old's nose because I knew it would help her to feel better in the end. Highly recommended!
Put the red piece in your mouth, and the blue tube against baby's nostril (not inside). The tip of the tube should form a seal with your baby's nostril. Apply suction. You will be able to hear and see the mucus coming out of the nose - gross, but gratifying.
Tip: If you are sucking with all your might to no avail, try moving the tube in a circular motion against the nostril. For extra thick mucus, a few drops of saline solution in each nostril will help loosen things before you Nosefrida®.
Cleaning: Take apart your Nosefrida®. Use warm water and soap to clean the big tube. Rinse, dry well, replace filter. Use a few drops of rubbing alcohol to clean the long, thin tube, and shake out all moisture. Snap dry pieces back together firmly.
