Like other reviewers I found there was no good way to get the product out of the container. Seems like there should be a plastic tube attached to the pump to draw up the product. I poked around inside the container and there was nothing to be found but pink glop. I also emailed a strongly worded letter to the company. Shame on them!

The container does not allow you to get the product out of it!!! I have purchased 4 different times and only one container allowed me to get the product out to use it without breaking the top off. Very annoying.

Although the Keratin Complex shampoo and conditioner are great products, this particular product was a total disappointment. It simply doesn't work . It does NOTHING. I followed the directions on the bottle (the pump on the bottle broke the fourth time I used the product) and it made no difference whether I used the product or not. Don't waste any money buying this product.

I have Keratin-treated hair, but it gets dry. I thought this product would help supplement my keratin. It did literally nothing to improve my hair's texture. It was like I applied nothing. My hair still was dry and I used more than they recommended. To top it off the container does NOT allow you to get it out easily. I have to hit the bottom of the bottle 14 or 15 times to get the stuff out. Weirdest bottle ever for this type of product. Did nothing. Very disappointed!Don't waste your $.

I have frizzy, fine hair. I find this product heavy and I really do not like the smell. However, to make most of what I paid for it - I normally would use it 3 straight days and then suspend usage. After which I just use Coppola Keratin shampoo and conditioner, and I find that my hair is not as frizzy.

The product is easy to use. I have noticed that my hair seems to be stronger and has more volume when I blow dry it after washing it.
Directions for wet hair: After shampooing with Keratin Care or Color Care shampoos and conditioners, dispense a small amount into palms and distribute evenly throughout toweled-dried hair. Blow dry or flat iron for optimal results.

Prior to initial use, prime the airless pump by gently tapping the bottom of the bottle, then depress the pump several times to release excess air. Repeat if needed.
Best used within two years after the lot number found on the bottom of the bottle.
