After a blood test that showed my B12 level was low, I was asked by my physician to start B12 supplements. I bought this one because I thought a liquid would be easy to take.
Big mistake: the pipet is really not easy to use, it's hard to get the exact dose of product you need; it tastes really bad, and you have to keep it in your mouth for one minute before you swallow; the liquid is a bright orange color and it temporarily stains my teeth!
I wish I had bought regular sublingual tablets...
By the way, this is not made to make you feel "energetic", especially not after a single use, so I'm a little puzzled when I read some other reviews!

I just wanted to follow up on my initial review... i've been taking this for over three weeks now and I only wish I had found this stuff sooner. While I still have days where my allergies kick my butt if I remember to take allergy medicine with this B-12 complex then I have a much easier day than I used to.
My boyfriend and I have also started going to the gym... sometimes even after work. As a dog groomer I am on my feet all day and often lifting heavy dogs. I used to come home completely wiped out. Now even if my feet hurt I can make myself go exercise right after work and if I have time for a short break off my feet then I have a fairly easy time getting to the gym.
I am a heavy girl so finding something that allows me enough energy to exercise is definitely life changing for me. I am so happy I found something that is good for me, gives me way more energy than caffeine ever could and gives me the boost I need to lose weight! I now only drink water, gatorade and sometimes juice. The only con is that this does not taste good at all but I have become used to it and learned how to take it without tasting it too much. Someone mentioned it possibly staining your teeth... if you're taking it like you're supposed to then that shouldn't be an issue.

If you're overwhelmed with exhaustion everyday, you absolutely need to try this. I don't think the reviews clearly show how great this product is... granted my boyfriend and I took it for the first time today - he definitely has more energy but i'm seeing a bigger change, this is the best i've felt in a long time. I've been trying out different over the counter meds and vitamins to get out of the rut i've been in... nothing has given me the immediate boost that this liquid B-complex has given me!
I could easily see this being a life-changer for me... i'll definitely come back and edit my review if my view changes ;)

I use this every day and I take it with my breakfast along with other vitamins and supplements. I have to agree with the other review that I notice a difference when I don't take it. Mornings used to be a real drag but now I'm energized and ready to go. The only thing I don't like about the product is that it is highly pigmented with food coloring or something. So if you aren't careful you can stain your clothing. I usually take this once I'm dressed for work it makes things really interesting or frustrating. I don't understand the need to have this be such a pigmented orange/red color?
