I used to first spend time and money at the salon having a full set of tips applied. It was really hard on my nails after several years. When I found this product, I was elated! I like the ease and quickness of the application. They must look really great because I am constantly receiving comments about how beautiful my nails are. Most often, no one even asks if my nails are "real".

I STOPPED USING THESE AT ONE TIME BECAUSE OF THE SPLITTING PROBLEM. I FIGURED OUT THE PROBLEM. YOU HAVE TO BE CAREFUL WHEN SHAMPOOING YOUR HAIR THAT YOUR NAILS DON'T "CUT" THROUGH THE HAIR. iT SOUNDS CRAZY, BUT IT IS THE HAIR THAT CAUSES THEM TO SPLIT. I NOW "SCRUB" MY HAIR WITH MY KNUCKLES. I DO NOT RUN MY FINGERS THROUGH MY HAIR...AND NO MORE SPLITTING AT ALL. ONCE AGAIN, I LOVE THEM.

These nails look great but chip / break way too easily. I called the company and they referred me to the actual manufacturer and it was not Revlon but they are made for Revlon. The same company that makes these makes another brand they they indicated was thicker. I tried those and they were fine as they were not so fragile, however I like the length of these better.

I am going to buy again but coat with UV gel topcoat to strengthen them,

I ADORED THESE AT FIRST. SOMETHING ABOUT THE WAY THEY ARE BEING MANUFACTURED HAS CHANGED. I AM DOING NOTHING DIFFERENT. BUT, AS I STATED, AFTER A COUPLE OF DAYS THERE WILL BE A HARELINE SPLIT IN ONE OR TWO OF THEM WHICH THEN LEADS TO THEM BREAKING. THEY ARE JUST BEAUTIFUL, AND THE COLOR STAYS SHINY FOR THE SIX DAYS A WEEK THAT I WEAR THEM. YOU MUST TAKE THEM OFF FOR 24 HOURS A WEEK OR RUIN YOUR NATURAL NAILS. I SIMPLY CANNOT UNDERSTAND WHY THEY ARE SPLITTING WHEN THEY DID NOT AT FIRST. I HAVE WORN THEM FOR ALMOST A YEAR. WHAT HAPPENED IN THE WAY THEY ARE BEING MANUFACTURED?? ALSO, I PUT ON A NEW PAIR EVERY WEEK AFTER THE DAY THAT I DON'T WEAR THEM.

I love these nails. I wear them all the time and they last about 2 weeks and still look great. I am not easy on them and occassionally I will need to secure one down with glue again...rarely do I ever have one completely pop off. They look real and since the color runs through the entire nail they keep looking great and do not get white and rubbed off looking. I used to get gel nails and fills at a local nail place and paid $45 for a full gel fill plus the cash tip. The gel nails never looked as thin and real as these do. I hope they nver stop making these and would love to see them come out with more colors.

I use a number of the Revelon products. I especially loved the Allure Nails (red) and have used for many years. Ufortunately, this last year the quality of this product has decreased. Nail is now flimsey, no white film reinforcemnt on back of nail for a more stronger nail and more natural look. When removing, without the white film on back, the red color sticks to my own real nail. The lush red color has changed to a more red orange dull color. Not as attractive. Can you please bring back the original color and quality? Please contact me with your comments. If this doesn't change I will be looking for another product that looks more natural. These nails are a nice shape and size right out of the package. They look natural and when I use them, I don't need to do all 10 fingers. I do the ones that break most often - thumb, index and middle finger on right hand and thumb and index on left hand. You'd have a hard time telling me which are natural and which are artificial once the they're all painted. They go on easily and stay on for more than a week. They can be painted over to change the color if you choose. You can't use quick dry top coat though because the original color will bubble underneath. The glue that comes with it is better than most I've tried. I tend to wear them for a week or two and then a second set for a week or two. By that time my natural nails are long enough to skip the artificial nails for a while. After a week to 10 days, they're not too bad to remove either.
