I have not eaten raw or cooked Fruits or Vegetables since I was 3 years old and am currently in my mid-40's,with few exceptions. Exceptions are tomato sauce on pizza and spaghetti, otherwise, nada, zilch,zero. I am a meat (beef, bacon, limited chicken no others)and cheese and carbohydrates eater. I do not eat fish, turkey or other meats in quantity other than red meat. So naturally being in my 40's with this kind of diet you would expect me to have high cholesterol. I just donated blood a few months back and my Total Cholesterol level was 179 which is really good. No I do not know what the HDL,LDL or Triglyceride breakdowns are. I have been taking this product for just over two years along with several other supplements that I believe will help my health.
