I give this to my kids when they show any signs of a cold or runny nose. They love taking it (ask for it even when they're not sick) and it dissolves instantly in their mouths. It seems to be very effective in helping their symptoms subside in time.
I use this often when my kids get a cold. Because it is natural, I have to administer it more often in the beginning, and it takes a few days sometimes before the affects show up. But I am happy that it seems to be a natural way to help my kids get better when they're sick. And they LOVE it - and ask for it often.
