Everybody sweats differently, though, so I guess it's worth trying if you think it could help you.

Does exactly as the name implies... keeps the goods dry all day. I find it is best applied when starting the day and it usually lasts all day. I give the goods a light coating in the morning and haven't had a problem. If moving around a lot throughout the day, a reapplication may be necessary. Product works great. My only issue has been if I'm doing something a little more intensive such as yard work or hiking, more applications are necessary. They make a convenient travel size too!

works great at keeping odor at bay. Does ok with sweat (say, a leisurely walk) but doesn't work that great as an antiperspirant. Hold far from area you're spraying and do quick sweep motion. It's a good product. Just not as good as an antiperspirant - I like Gents better since it does help in stopping you from sweating as much in that area.

If I am running more than 6 miles, I tend to chafe terribly under my breasts and sometimes (on very humid days) where my arm brushes against my tank top. This is the ONLY product I have used that prevents chaffing in those places. Body Glide wears off too quickly (I sweat a lot in the humid south, even in the "winter" months.) There is no way I could train for long runs without this product. The white residue is a non-issue, as I only wear it working out and in discreet areas.
