I've tried lots of protein powders and premade protein shakes and I always come back to this one because of taste and texture. It is more creamy / thicker than most, doesn't leave an aftertaste. 10 oz size is 190 calories. Easy to keep in the fridge (although it doesn't have to be refrigerated) or cupboard, no mixing, no special cups or blenders, quick meal replacement to stave off hunger for a few hours. My only complaint is it is a bit pricey compared to other pre-prepared protein shakes.

I am going through chemo and had high hopes for this product, but the flavor is awful. Overly sweet, very artificial chocolate taste with an unpleasant aftertaste. I'm sorry I bought two packs! Ensure chocolate is much better.
