I take way too many prescriptions pills that I have to swallow so I try to take supplements in gummy form. I tried a few Omega 3's before this brand and they were all spit out and thrown out. These are the best tasting and that's compared to candy not to medicine. The yellow ones are my least favorite, but still good just not as good as the dark and light red ones (which is also my preference in candy). These and my other gummy vitamins are my after meal sweet snack so it can also help to curb your sweet tooth as well!!!!

Does not have a fishy aftertaste. Not super sweet like a lot of gummies, but they taste pretty good. They do have a sugar coating, but don't have a lot of calories.
As a dietary supplement, parents may give each child up to two (2) gummy fish per day. Instruct child to chew each gummy fish carefully and thoroughly. Product can be stored at room temperature. Do not expose to excessive heat or moisture.
